What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, WhatsApp number and the profile details you choose to add.
- Payments: amount, date and transaction reference. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on this site.
- Content you post: cases, comments, questions, chat messages and uploads.
- Technical logs: sign-in times and IP addresses, kept for security.
How we use it
- To run your account and membership, and to send you account emails.
- Administrators may send you WhatsApp messages about membership, events and the site. Ask us at any time to stop.
- Your name, designation and institution appear in the member directory only if you allow it in your profile. Your email and phone number are never shown to the public.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time, hide yourself from the directory, or ask us to delete your account by writing through the contact page.
Expert directories and consultations
- Experts in the DIFE and DGFC directories choose what is shown on their page. Their email, telephone and address are visible only to administrators, and are shared with a client only after the client has paid and an administrator has approved the request.
- When you request a consultation, your name, email, phone and the documents you upload are seen only by the administrators and the expert you chose.
- Expert CVs are kept private and are used only to verify qualifications.
