Exercise No. 1.

Prepare a hypothetical Injury Certificate of Naresh Sharma 32 years male resident of sawai man singh chawk , nai abadi, Ramghat raod, Aligarh bearing the following identification marks mole on chin, healed scar mark on the left forehead 1 cm above the left eyebrow, was brought to the casualty by his brothers Ramesh kumar 35 years male. The injuries suffered were laceration 2cmX 1cm on the left forehead 3 above left eyebrow, an abrasion on the left cheek 3cmX3cm. The patient was accompanied by constable Ramkhilawan [No. 442/UPP].
