Guideline for Abstract/Paper Submission

1.     The abstract of paper/poster should be between 200-300 words.

2.     Font face: Times New Roman, and size: 11 points.

3.     Abstract should  include purpose of study, methodology, summary of findings/results,  conclusion and significance / contributions of study.

4.     List a maximum of  5 key words.

5.     Title, author’s name, affiliation, address, telephone and fax number, and  email address should be included.

6.     Abstract should be written in English.

7.     Standard formatting such as bold, underline and dot points can be used.

8.     Please do not include any paragraph or line formatting. Leave as single spacing.

9.     All abstracts should be written  in MS Word format (DOC or DOCX), and please save your abstract using this format: “your Name: date of presentation.doc”

10.  All abstracts/papers and e-poster must be uploaded to google drive at: https://forms.gle/68VtF1LXqBYGDurt9

11.  Abstract Paper/ e-poster Submission: The last date for abstract submission one week before the date of actual presentation or date of CME.

12.  Full PPT Deadline: The full presentaton is expected to be submitted atleast 48 hours of the presentation means 02.00PM Wednesday for presentation scheduled on that week Saturday.

13.  The time alloted to each presentation is 8+2 [10 Minutes for Presentation and 2 Minutes for Question answers session].

14.  In case the presentaion not started within one minute of the allocated time the moderrator/coordinator have all the right to more to next presentation.

15.  Moderator/Coordinator have all the right to stop presentation at the end of allocated time.

16.  Merely submission of paper and poster does not guaratees presentation/acceptance in CME.

17.  Only good quality papers/poster will be allowed for oral presentation. Acceptance is subject to vision of the organizing committee.

18.  In case of non-receipt of final presentation PPT well in time organizer have all the right to not allow presentation on spot.

Guideline for e-poster Submission

1.      An e-poster in PDF/TIFF/JPEG format. Size Less than 20 MB.

2.      Aspect ratio 16:9.

3.      Landscape orientation.

4.      Language: English, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, Malay, Arabic, Italian only

5.      Font Face: Times New Roman/Arial Narrow.

6.      Title must be initial caps throughout. Do not capitalize pronouns, prepositions, articles, or conjunctions. Should not exceed 200 characters.

7.      Title, Affiliation, Discussion, Conclusion, References to be included mandatorily. Other sections as per the author’s wishes and in line with scientific method.

8.      Ensure pictures are of High resolution.

9.      Ensure figures and tables are of visible resolution.

10.  Should indicate the name of all co-authors with their afficliations.

11.  Should include a line stating “Submitted to Summer CME on Decomposition” .

12.  Not more than 1000 words including all.

13.  Not more than 6 References.

14.  Posters will be displayed with a time limit of 2-5 minutes depending on available time.

15.  Posters must be attended by the Presenting Author during the assigned time period [02.00PM to 03.30PM on day of presentation].

16.  If the Presenting Author is unable to attend to present the poster, every effort should be made to arrange for one of the other authors to present.

17.  All presenting authors must be registered in the CME the e-poster expected to be presented.

18.  Last Date of Registration is 24 hours before the start of CME.

19.  Abstract Paper/ e-poster Submission: The last date for abstract submission one week before the date of actual presentation or date of CME.

20.  Last Date of Poster Submission is one week before the commencement of the CME in which the poster is expected to be presented.

21.  PPT Deadline: For people presnting poster on PPT, Please submit atleast 48 hours of the presentation means 02.00PM Wednesday for presentation scheduled on that week Saturday.

23.  In case of non-receipt of final presentation PPT well in time organizer have all the right to not allow presentation on spot.
